Cancelation Policy
At The Detailers, we value our customers' time and strive to provide the highest level of service. To ensure efficiency and fairness for both our team and clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

Deposit Requirement: A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your detailing service.

Cancellations with 24+ Hours’ Notice: If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled service, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.

Cancellations Within 24 Hours: If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment or fail to show up, the 25% deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee. This policy is in place to compensate for lost time and scheduling disruptions.

Rescheduling: We understand that unexpected situations may arise. If you need to reschedule, we encourage you to do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.
